I AM OVER THE AGE OF 21

All driver’s must be over the age of 21.

*Passengers must be at least 4′ 9″ or weigh more than 40lbs.

I HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

All drivers must have a valid driver’s license from their country of citizenship.

A passport or State issued Identification Card is not the same as a Drivers License and will not be accepted upon the check in for your appointment. Failure to provide the proper documentation will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

I AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS

Please drive in a safe, responsible, and legal manner while operating your rented vehicle.

Unsafe operation may result in fines and early termination of the rental agreement. All costs that are associated with the early termination of the rental agreement will remain the responsibility of the renter.

I ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation prevents others from enjoying the same vehicle rental experience.

All cancellations are subject to a maximum 50% refund. Reservation cancellation requests must be made no later then four weeks before the reservation date. After the four week time period the reservation cost is 100% non refundable. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in cancellation without a refund.

I ACCEPT THE LATE RETURNS POLICY

Please ensure you have adequate time for your drive to the designated drop off location. Failure to return the vehicle back on time effects any/all appointments following your rental.

Late returns are subject to $100 late fee plus an additional $75.00 per hour rental fee.

I UNDERSTAND THAT MY RESERVATION MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME

Please be aware that car accidents, breakdowns, or other disruptive events can happen at any time and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment.

I ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES AND ASSUME ALL RISK

I hereby waive and release Elite Motor Rentals, LLC, its owners, agents and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from my use of this car rental even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the Company, or any of its agents, or employees in the inspection, maintenance and/or from other customer’s use of this vehicle.

POLARIS SLINGSHOT – MANUAL TRANSMISSION

I understand that in order to rent a Polaris Slingshot I am required to know how to drive a 5 Speed Manual Transmission. Failure to arrive with the proper knowledge and nohow to operate/drive a manual transmission (Stick Shift) vehicle will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and is nonrefundable.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION

For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking. Failure to present the matching credit card and photo ID will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
